|以上等紫檀木琢制，器身满布牛毛纹，打磨精细，精光内蕴。足沿起线为饰，器身呈直筒形，口足相若，器壁厚实，质感强烈。如玉似缎，纹理细致紧密，于光下有似缎的闪光，十分华美；所成包浆沉穆，古朴典雅，光泽深邃而古朴。器身阴刻邓渭行书诗文，落款为云樵作。|邓渭，字得璜（一作德璜），号云樵山人，生于清乾隆元年（1736年），卒于乾隆六十年（1795年）享年五十九岁。竹刻家邓孚嘉之子，自幼师承家学，擅长刻竹和治印。竹刻工薄地阳文，又善刻行楷，字迹秀丽，为乾隆朝嘉定竹器刻字第一高手。所镌笔筒拓本为《清仪阁所藏古器物文》中收入，今传世作品有《邓渭款白菜笔筒》。
