款识：兰斋任政.钤印：任政书印（白）兰斋（朱）作者简介：浙江黄岩人。自幼从其叔祖父精研诗文，楷书法初唐，行草宗“二王”，分隶学两汉，现任上海文史馆馆员，上海外国语学院、复旦大学国际文化交流学院艺术顾问。c。擅书法，兼长书法理论。1979年获选书写行书字模七千余字，为人民日报、深圳特区报等名报采用，1981年为淮海战役纪念碑书写碑文，同年参加澳大利亚和日本联合举办的国际书法大赛，1983年赴日本讲学，1984～1985年获上海市文联文学书法艺术奖。出版有《楷书基础知识》、《少年书法》、《祖国的书法艺术》、《书法教学》《隶书概论》、《兰斋唐诗宋词行书帖》等。
