Rounded sides rising from a slight splayed foot to a tall waisted neck with garlic-mouth rim, set to one side with a loop handle and to the other with a delicately curved spout issuing from the mouth of a dragon and supported by an S-shaped strut, body incised with phoenix amidst ruyi clouds, the neck with crashing waves and garlic-mouth with shou motif, all reserved on a rich yellow glaze, the base with six-character Hongzhi mark.
