口沿撇口，溜肩，圆腹圈足，器形优美。瓶内外施祭蓝釉，色泽浓艳深沉，釉上描金，以皮球花为主装饰纹，缠枝花卉寿字纹与莲瓣纹为辅助图案，全器纹饰华丽，色彩华贵，金彩保存完整，底款用金粉绘制花卉一组，开光内书写“大清光绪年制”金款，这类写法非常少见，为光绪官窑之精品。类似作品收藏于南京博物院等处，可加比较。参阅：《中国清代官窑瓷器》第482页。
