此窑变双耳瓶创制于乾隆时期，嘉庆道光官窑也有烧造。其形俊秀挺拔，小唇口，双云耳，折肩上饰两道弦纹，弧腹，圈足微撇，线条优美流畅，予人高贵静穆之美。其釉色斑斓无比，红紫交融于身，纵横变化，灿若晚霞，无有穷尽。此等虚幻奇诡之景，全赖窑火造就，可谓瑰丽天成，为乾隆官窑同类器物之佼佼者。足内为仿钧窑覆以芝麻酱釉，刻「大清乾隆年制」篆书款。参阅：1.《首都博物馆藏瓷选》，文物出版社，1991年，页156，图159；2.《中国陶瓷全集---清（下）》，上海人民美术出版社，1999年，图113。来源：1.伦敦苏富比1981年春拍，Lot260；2.Greenwald旧藏；3.纽约佳士得。
