A hollow-formed terracotta figurine of a seated boy holding a dog(?) in his lap, stylised facial features, sidelock to the right side of his head as a symbol of his age, perforated through the back, old collector's label to the inside rim; mounted on a custom-made display stand. 117 grams total, figurine: 94mm (3 1/2"). From an old British private collection; acquired from a London gallery in 1991. [No Reserve]
