A substantial glazed composition shabti with tripartite wig, false beard, crook and flail in the crossed hands, seed bag over the left shoulder, dorsal pillar with hieroglyphic text and square base, fine facial detailing; seven bands of hieroglyphic text from the Book of the Dead to the lower body. 102 grams, 16cm (6 1/4"). From an important French collection formed since the early 1960s.
