A sheet silver pentagonal diadem frontal with repoussé detailing, punched-point borders separating (left) a man fighting a lion(?), to the centre a facing male bust with strong features, band to the brow, to the right a standing facing female figure. 5.20 grams, 79mm, stand 13 x 14cm (3"). Property of a North London gentleman; previously in the private collection of Mr S.M., Mayfair, London, formed 1970-1999.
