本品取整块青白玉料雕琢而成，玉质温润细腻，打磨圆滑。仙翁头顶隆突，面庞圆阔，慈眉善目。身着广袖长袍，衣纹流畅自然。左手持灵芝头长杖，右手与身旁童子共持合环。童子亦是笑意盈盈，稚气可爱，手捧蟠桃，意欲祝寿，整体造型生动传神，刀法干练娴熟，集圆雕、镂雕、浮雕、阴刻等多重雕刻技法，展现了清代高超的玉雕技艺。
