此尊敞口溜肩，肩部饰对称兽首耳。外壁以青花为饰，发色淡薄。器身自上而下以弦纹分隔成四层装饰带，腹部饰双层缠枝花卉纹，颈、足处各饰变形莲瓣纹一周，其装饰、造型等十分典型，上下呼应的变体莲纹时代特征尤为突出。本品与北京故宫博物院馆藏一例元代青花缠枝牡丹云龙纹铺首罐相类，可资比较。
