作者简介： 罗朝汉（1868～1935），字云章，室名读易楼、名园，祖籍浙江山阴，居天津北仓。我国第一批电报生。1904年得妻兄孙洪伊协助，在北门里户部街关帝庙创办天津电报学校，任校长，是中国早期通讯事业奠基人。后任北京电话总局局长。文物鉴赏、书画收藏颇为知名。亦擅绘竹兰。
