题识：天彭先生正篆。时将荣旋珂里即以赠别。辛酉重九前三日北楼金城。|钤印：「金城私印」、「巩伯」、「金城手摹魏晋以前金石文字印」 |注：金绍城，一名金城，字拱北，一字巩伯，号北楼，又号藕湖，吴兴南浔人。1871年秀才，增贡生，缙云县训导。他承父业经营蚕丝，发家后又开当铺、经营房地产等。精绘画，善诗词，善画山水，间作花鸟。他筹建中日绘画联合展览会，每隔一年举行一次。1926年，偕陈师曾等赴日本东京、大阪等地举办绘画展览，受到日本艺术界的热烈欢迎。
