A pair of Qajar lacquered book covers featuring Muhammad Shah, Iran, 19th century, of rectangular form, one depicting the Shah standing and holding a tulwar, a prince standing either side, and the other depicting the shah enthroned with attendants, to each a dais opening on a window in the background, laid down on velvet, each 25 x 15.5cm.
