Blue and white ovoid bodied jar Chinese, late Ming (1368-1644) decorated with an overall Indian lotus and trailing foliage design, the short concave neck with a trailing linear motif, foot rim with an over lapping palmate design and two rings, foot unglazed 35cm high Provenance - from a Buckinghamshire private vendor, who had it valued initially on the Antiques Roadshow at Waddesdon Manor in the early 1990's by Lars Tharp.
