A French or Flemish metal bound ivory box, late 14th / early 15th century, with hinged clasp extending over a projecting lock, 5cm high overall, 7.5cm wide; a Dieppe, ivory dressing table box, last quarter 19th century, relief carved as a basket of flowers, 3.5 x 9 x 4.5cm; two carved ivory relief panels, probably Dieppe, later 19th century, one with beaded rim and a central bouquet of flowers, the other with sheaves of wheat and rosewood mount; a Chinese ivory puzzle ball, late 19th century, 4cm diameter; and various other items of ivory, to include a cylindrical jar and cover, and other items Provenance: The collection of the late Professor Michael Jaffé, Clifton Maybank.
