A Chinese blue and white moulded 'Three Friends of Winter' dish, Ming Dynasty, Wanli period (1573-1620), decorated on the interior medallion with bamboos, pine and plum trees, from which radiate rows of moulded lotus petals with alternating swastika symbols, 29.1cm diameter, Japanese wood box Provenance: Bought by Colonel W.
