圆形，半球形钮，高浮雕左龙右虎，相对而置，张口露齿，对峙姿态，两躯体相交于圆钮之下，露出一侧的强健肢体。圆钮下一羽人作捣药状。双圈锯齿纹缘。此镜厚重，品相佳，为难得佳品。浙江省博物馆收藏的东汉龙虎镜有铭：“遗杜氏造珍奇镜……辟邪配天禄……。”镜上的纹饰造型与此镜一致，值得关注。
