圆形，圆钮，柿蒂纹钮座，座外双线方格内为铭文带，内容为：“湅冶青明以为镜，宜文章延年益寿去不羊，与天无极二日光”。方格四外角各一枚带座乳钉纹。方格及乳钉把镜背分为四区，一区为青龙，头顶单角，张口吐舌，尾弯曲细长，背上骑一羽人双手前举作驾驭状，前面有一羽人跪膝双手供奉仙草，羽人背后亦有一只瑞兽。一区为白虎，圆目，张口呲牙，其前方为受惊的熊，鼠，鹿等伴兽。一区为朱雀，周围围绕着很多禽鸟。一区为玄武和独角兽，两兽上方都是羽人，主纹饰最外缘为短斜线纹一圈，镜缘为宽素缘，此镜纹饰比较独特，较为少见。
