A lozengiform mount with an inset central panel and circular attachment holes to two corners; panel with cross design featuring four elliptical arms radiating from a central blue-green enamel roundel to meet the outer border; to the outer zone a red enamel quadrant surrounded by blue enamel fill. Cf. enamelled mounts in Murawski, P. Benet's Artefacts of England and the United Kingdom, Ely, 2003, p.402, items M09-0124, 0125. 11 grams, 42mm (1 1/2"). Found Tilbury, Essex, UK.
