魏洪泰主要活跃于清光绪至民国前期，以青花瓷塑见长。瓷塑座底部常有“紫云岩”、“魏洪泰造”楷书戳记款。本品以瓷塑施青花绘饰而成。刘海席地而坐，肩披广袖长袍，一手撑于身后，身体微微后仰，赤足侧坐，另一手高举，手握钱币，手臂爬一金蟾，情景生动。底有“魏洪泰造”印，为民国款识。
