此件清代塑像以黄杨木整材雕就，体型硕大，形态奇古，禅意超然。罗汉，袒上身，着长裙。左手持佛珠，虽瘦骨嶙嶙、独坐台座上，却冷眼观世、仍思劝渡有缘之人。作者塑像，似形显神达意，所塑罗汉虽无声，所显其形已动人，所亦禅意却无尽，深刻的构思和高超的技艺由此可见。如此塑像，世不多见，弥足珍贵。
