本尊造像束发高髻，头戴宝冠，面相方正，脸颊丰圆，眉眼上挑，下视云云众生，面容秀美，神态安详。耳际有向外横出的扇形冠结，耳下垂挂大圆环，细部刻划精细入微。菩萨身着绸裙，上身胸前饰项圈和长链，裙子采取写实手法表现，衣纹流畅，质感较强。右手当胸结三宝印，右手于腹前作施与印，结跏趺而坐。像造型优美，工艺细腻考究，像身比例舒适，手、脚等细部极具写实性，堪称明代佛教铜造像精品之作。
