潘伯鹰（1898～1966），原名式，字伯鹰，号凫公、有发翁、却曲翁，别署孤云，安徽怀宁人，幼习经史，16岁应县试名列榜首，著名书法家，沪上名仕。早年从吴闿生学习经史文词。曾任章士钊秘书。上海中国书法篆刻研究会副主任委员、同济大学教授。对经史颇有造诣，潜心于诗词及书法。是近代书坛“二王”书风的积极追崇者。多有著述。钤印：隋经室 潘伯鹰经籍记 拙效宦稿书 怀宁潘氏伯鹰三余所读之书 注：“退思补过之庐用笺”
