Chinese Qing Dynasty Period, Qianlong ge type bell vase. The porcelain potted in bell shape vase, large, thick, globular lower body, tapered gracefully toward straight tall neck, slightly emerging thick ring on the upper open lip, raised on flat circle splayed foot base. All reserved hand painted ornamentations are rendered in pale green underglaze base color which contrast against ge type design. Distinctive "GE" crackled glaze also known as jinsitiexian which translates to mean gold floss and iron thread which details the look of several lines that appear in the crackled surface. This inadvertently gave texture, energy, and shading to the design. The clay is very fine, with a brilliant glaze finish that was applied by a meticulous, the shape is uniformly proportioned.
