18 Karat Yellow Gold Mogul Brooch, front side set with eight carved cabochon emeralds of various shapes with a heart shaped carved cabochon emerald in the center, center emerald is surrounded by six table cut diamonds, cabochon emerald below the center stone is also flanked by two table cut diamonds, top of the brooch is set with one table cut diamond with one old mine cut diamond on each side and two square cabochon cut emeralds, back of the brooch is enamel floral design, pin stem is stamped “Seaman Scheppss”, This does not appear to be a genuine hallmark. Height 2 ¼ inches, width 1 7/8 inches, total weight 49 grams.
