杜滋龄：1941年生，天津人。毕业于中国美术学院（原浙江美术学院）中国画系研究生班。师从叶浅予、李震坚先生。曾任天津人民美术出版社总编辑，南开大学东方艺术系系主任，第十届、第十一届全国政协委员，中国美术家协会中国画艺委会第一、二、三届委员，中国美术家协会第五、六、七届理事。现任中国画学会副会长，中国艺术研究院博士生导师，南开大学教授。享受国务院特殊津贴专家。
