瓶小口圆唇，短颈，丰肩，宽圈足，通体洒蓝釉装饰。洒蓝，又称“雪花蓝”，使用吹釉方法施釉。製作时，用竹管沾蓝釉水，吹于白釉瓷器表面上（即文献中提及的“吹青”），再经高温二次烧成。洒蓝釉瓷始创于宣德年间，宣德年製品除景德镇御器厂遗址中出土有标本外，传世品极少。宣德以后很少烧造，至清康熙年间洒蓝釉才得以恢复，製作水平更加成熟。此梅瓶胎质洁白，做工精细，为清早期洒蓝釉精美之作。
