A George III Scottish silver nutmeg grater, by Patrick Robertson, Edinburgh circa 1790, cylindrical form, the pull-off cover with initials under a coronet, the side with a sliding panel which reveals the steel grater, length 6.2cm, approx. weight 1.1oz. the crest is probably that of Maria Margaret, Baroness Napier (1756-1821).
