Very Rare, Finest, Chinese 17th. Century Qing Dynasty, Gilt bronze cloisonne white jade table screen. The nephrite jade carved into shape of Coin medallion plaque with arched top. Jade table screens depicting some immortals standing on the cumulus clouds among dense tree, imperial pavilion, rocky hill, Lishui waterfall, lush tree, vapor, all in mountain landscape. Many mountains in China are sacred, some to Daoist, some to Buddhists and some to both. In folk religion each mountain has its own deity associated with it.
