LOT NOTES The present manuscript is the famed fourth-edition "Hutter Bible," complete with two-tone woodcut title page, prefatory text, and the rare "Cubus" text. As Professor of Hebrew at the University of Leipzig, Hutter published several polyglot editions of the Bible, as well as some in Hebrew only. Hutter's Bible is distinctive for its use of hollow letters, which indicate the auxiliary terms of the word's root, printed in black letters.
