Two bamboo bitong of typical form; one decorated with a dragon and a phoenix beside a flaming pearl; the other carved with three scholars in a clearing; both brushpots approximately 15 cm high; together with a metal brushwasher with gilt chilong handles and four-character Xuande mark (but not of the period), 9 cm diameter (3).
