|说明：黄财神在象雄文中称为“占巴拉”，藏文叫做“诺拉”，翻译成汉文叫做“财神”。藏名叫作“占巴拉色波”或“藏色”，他的色肤是黄色，故称为黄财神。黄财神的形象为上身袒露，下身着裙，右手持摩尼宝，象征宝光普照十方，增添众生的福报；左手抱一只大猫鼬（吐宝鼠），鼬的嘴里含着珠宝，象征财宝。左脚踏一只白色海螺，象征着他能入海取宝。此尊造像采用上等黄铜，头戴五叶冠，缯带飘拂，宽额方颐，眉间微蹙，身着天衣绸裙，佩戴璎珞钏环，右手持布拉嘎如意宝，左手握吐宝鼠，游戏坐姿，仰覆莲座莲瓣宽扁舒展。
