|说明：此件手串由十八颗珊瑚珠串制而成，绿色玉石佛头和佛头塔及隔珠一枚，每粒珊瑚珠均雕琢穿带纹饰。佛头之下浅黄丝绦系红珊瑚背云，雕盘长结纹饰。又缀有一对坠角，亦为绿色玉石晶莹剔透。间缀有珍珠米珠串缀的隔圈，更添华美。手串原为佛家消除烦恼障和报障的佛珠，其特定手串颗数有特定佛法含义，“十八子”指的是“十八界”，即六根、六尘、六识。此件手串所选珊瑚饱满鲜艳，其他配石亦为上等，是吉祥富贵的象征。
