2nd century AD. Two bronze mounts, one a finely carved bust of a military commander, with youthful face with long hair and silver appliques for the eyes, clad in muscled armour (thorax statos) fitted with shoulder guards (umeralia) and worn over an under armour garment (subarmalis), with a cloak (paludamentum) draped on the left shoulder where it is pinned by a fibula; the other mount shaped like an acorn; the military figure could be the terminal of a military staff.
