A matching pair of silver-gilt hoop temple rings, each formed as a crescentic twisted rod with three hollow bulbs and ropework bands; the bulbs with granule and filigree detail, the larger with conical spikes. 39.7 grams total, 60mm each (2 1/4"). From an East London collection; previously in a collection formed between 1990-2000. [2]
