PROVENANCE: From Gilbert Arizona Private collector bought from San Francisco Sing Chong Company Chinese Imports during Early 1900s. Measurements: Height: 1.125" Width/Lenght: 2" The masterly carved fine TianHuang stone recumbent a relaxing dragon on the upper side. The wall side showing Chinese calligraphy lettering inscriptions. The design is well-proportioned, the TianHuang stone is fine and exquisite, the carving is smooth with a moist oily appearance, and beautiful brownish-orange color. The underside carved with six seal script characters, with trace of iron-red pigment.
