榆木晉作，几面以格角榫平鑲接心板，邊可見明榫，高束腰鏤空開窗並雕乳丁，下飾竹節紋，牙板寬大，飽滿肩部大於几面，插肩榫下出五條三彎腿，足端上翻，下接小圓型環托泥，底有足，托泥又小於几面，整體宛若瓷器梅瓶，曲線婀娜柔美。值得一提，几體可與下方底座分離，為整體的輕盈增加了穩重之感，實為少見。底座寬厚，開窗鏤雕捲草紋，飾竹節紋，與几之束腰上下呼應。香几作為陳設物品，不受主人身體尺度限制，故可無限度地作出誇大、對比和變化，可謂是家具中的一枝獨秀。
