Louis XV, Switzerland, probably Neuchâtel ca. 1765.
Rosewood in veneer, inlaid in reserves, and fruitwoods in the shape of flowers. Front with 3 drawers arranged in 2 rows. Shaped, red/grey and brown veined marble top. The interior with secret compartments on the sides (some locked). Gilt bronze mounts and sabots.
121 x 61 x 74 cm.

Restorations and losses to the marquetry. Slightly bleached-out.
