张英(1920～1984年)，字千子，号长缨，仙游县大济镇人。幼承家教，7岁随父学画，13岁随父为寺院庙宇作重彩墨画，大济金井武林岩《林龙江传说》壁画，相当部分是张英画的。张英16岁拜国画大师李耕为师，受业期间和同学陈薰举办联合画展。民国33年(1944年)，到泉州、厦门等地举办个人画展。时人将张英与黄羲、陈薰并称“李门三杰”。民国36年，在上海举办画展，即席挥毫作画，名声鹊起，同年加入中国画会为会员。民国38年1月，在福州和李耕举办联合画展。中华人民共和国成立后，任省人民科学馆、博物馆美术技术员。设色纸本片 仙游张英于福尚画院 新加坡收藏家旧藏 张英
