款识：山东济南府淄川县，同治肆年玖月贰拾捌日，训导赵子忠之父母。|钤印七个：敕命之宝|说明：奉天诰命又名制诰，民间俗称为「圣旨」，是皇帝封赠官员的专用文书，凡封赠五品以上官员及世爵承袭罔替者，皆由皇帝发给「诰命」，叙述受封者的事功、受封缘由及内容。清代的圣旨采用满文、汉文合壁，汉文位于右方，端庄秀丽的墨笔楷书，以竖行往左书写；满文位于左方，字体圆润飘逸，竖行往右书写。|汉、满文对照
