A pair of George III mahogany knife-boxes, circa 1800, each with a hinged lid enclosing a fitted interior, 39cm high, 23cm wide, 35cm deep Condition Report: Marks, knocks, scratches chips and losses commensurate with age and use. Overall would benefit from a clean and polish. One with patches of staining and water marks to the lid, both with surface dirt and deposits including what appears to be pain, chis and losses to some veneers and mouldings, as catalogued with interior slots for knives. there is one key present operating one of the boxes only - no key present to the other box - both are unlocked.
