款识：甲午冬，雅集春草堂，为志行道兄画此，司徒奇。|钤印：苍城（白）、忻依琳（朱）|简介：司徒奇，字苍城，广东开平人。师从高剑父。曾任广州创烈风美术学校校长。创办威尼斯美术研究社，举办个人西洋画展，1960年居香港，创立苍城画会。1963年主办香港东方艺术学院。凡诗文辞章、山水、人物、花鸟无一不精，尤以水墨见长，更以红棉独步艺坛，有“木棉王”之誉。与赵少昂、黎雄才、关山月、杨善深并称“岭南五老”。
