张彦青（1918-2007），曾用名张焕，字剑进，号无愠斋主人。山东临清人。1943年毕业于北平辅仁大学美术专修科，1944年考入重庆中央大学艺术系。历任湖南军区《生活画报》编辑，山东博物馆美术员，山东艺专教师，山东艺术学院美术系教授，山东省文史研究馆馆员，山东省书画学会顾问，山东画院高级艺术顾问，山东圣邦美术院院长，山东将军书画院名誉院长，山东金秋书画院名誉院长等。
