A Greek bronze oinochoe handle
Archaic Period, circa 6th Century B.C.
The lower attachment plate in the form of a palmette, the curved handle with raised midrib, the upper end terminating in a lion head with a radiating mane, flanked by recumbent lions with long curling tails framing the mane of the central lion, details incised, 16.5cm high注脚Provenance:
