提要：此册全名《大清德宗同天崇运大中至正经文纬武仁孝睿智端俭宽勤景皇帝实录》，为清内府实录馆誊清本，起于光绪十七年（1891）辛卯冬十月，内记颁定光绪十八年时宪书、班禅而尔德尼坐床受封、达赖喇嘛请封懿亲之案、安徽芜湖教堂焚毁案、云贵总督王文韶奏报剿匪得胜、李鸿章派力将援助热河朝阳等县剿匪、李鸿章截留江苏海运漕米赈灾、黑龙江将军依克唐阿奏请购轮船材料、选定顺天武乡试考官，以及有关海防边防、设通商税关、整顿学校、变通钱法、任免官员等谕令。
此本为内府红绫原装，开本宽大，朱丝栏，小楷端秀，尽显皇家气派。《清实录》分大红绫本、小红绫本，此为小红绫本，保存完好，品相佳。
