花觚撇口，似喇叭状，细颈，椭圆腹，腹下渐外撇，浅圈足。通体施绿釉，釉色青翠，釉层清澈，玻璃质感强，另有丝丝冰裂纹分布其中。苹果绿釉，祭红的一种窑变，亦称“苹果青釉”。烧成时釉中的铜大部分被氧化而形成深浅不一的绿色，一般在浅绿色底上杂有深绿色斑点，少数地方微泛红色，酷似新鲜苹果，故名。
