清 永樂款 青花赤壁懷古圖碗 Qing Dynasty period. Of deep sides rising to a flared mouth rim, the body finely painted with scholar sitting on a boat under a cliff, refers to the story of 'in memory of the ancient Red Cliff', the other side inscribed in calligraphy with the 'Ode to Red cliff', the interior bearing an apocryphal Yong Le mark. Height: 3 1/4 in (8.3 cm) Diameter: 6 1/2 in (16.5 cm) Provenance: Property from a private family collection, Pasadena 形制周正，胎體敦厚，本碗侈口，窄圓唇，弧形淺壁，矮圈足。碗口畫兩道青花一周。青花濃艷暈散，深處見黑色結晶斑，白釉微泛青色，凝潤細緻。以名文書於器物，集觀賞性和實用性為一體，相得益彰，是康熙時期極具特色的文房佳器。 《赤壁賦》一邊繪畫，一邊寫字，尤為珍品，其餘則有字無畫。本器外壁書寫《赤壁賦》全文，字體清晰端正。落款“雲林主人”，另一面作畫，詩畫相輔相成，互相映襯。實為難得。 來源：南加州帕薩迪拉家族收藏
