玉凤头上羽冠翻卷，腹上有双翅飞翔状，尾翼呈三道分叉双足收于腹下，颈部中间钻有横穿孔。此件玉凤用料讲究，枣红皮壳，鸟喙处有难得的朱砂色沁，《诗经·商颂》载：“天命玄鸟，降而生商，”鸟纹是殷商的图腾象征，该凤鸟的造型古朴，刀法简练传神，寥寥数刀，形神兼备。来源：岭南陈氏家族旧藏
