款识：大明宣德年制四方炉，由于形似马槽，又称马槽炉。此炉铜质精炼，压手感强。下承象足，工艺精美。双耳为仿战汉青铜器之“饕餮”衔环辅首形。皮壳厚泽，蜡茶与栗色之中间色也，沉穆而无艳光，庄重而不轻浮。炉铜质极佳，扣之声如磬，清越绵长，非经十炼之上不可得也。底为“大明宣德年制”六字楷书款。包浆肌理清晰，底款字体端正，与炉气质统一，诚乃佳品，是弹琴品茗焚香的好伴侣。
