A George III mahogany and satinwood banded tea table, circa 1790, inlaid with stringing throughout, the rectangular top with rounded front corners, above the plain frieze centred by a drawer, on square section tapering legs, and terminating in spade feet, 74cm high, 97cm wide, 46.5cm deep Condition Report: Old marks, knocks, scratches and abrasions commensurate with age and use (see images). Old splits and minor chips commensurate with age. Some fading but retains an attractive colour. Some minor losses to stringing. All elements are original and with some very minor old glued repairs.
